Example answer

Classrooms, 4 x 60 m², daily: damp-dust desks and frequently touched surfaces, then damp-mop floors. Why: Pupils with asthma need a low-dust environment. Corridor and cloakroom, 80 m², daily: dry-mop sand, damp-mop, clean benches and mats. In winter, clean the entrance twice a day. Why: Sand wears down the floor and spreads dirt through the building. Toilets, 20 m², daily: clean basins, toilets and frequently touched surfaces, using an acidic product when needed, and wet-mop the floors. Why: There is a high risk of infection. Periodic work: Machine-clean linoleum and vinyl every month, strip and reapply floor polish twice a year, and clean windows and high surfaces every quarter. Why: This maintains the floors and removes dirt that daily cleaning misses.

Your answer

Example answer

1. Put on gloves, ventilate the room, and refill paper and soap. 2. Clean the mirror and basin with a yellow cloth. 3. Clean frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, light switches and flush buttons. 4. Clean the toilet last with a red cloth: first the outside from top to bottom, then the seat, then the bowl with a toilet brush. 5. Empty the bin. 6. Wet-mop the floor from the back corner towards the door. Working from clean to dirty prevents the spread of infection. Urine scale and limescale are mineral deposits removed with an acidic product, pH below 7, a couple of times a week. For daily cleaning, I use a neutral or mildly alkaline product that removes grease and organic dirt.
